二、 采取有效措施確保施工人員安全健康
1、 加強施工人員的安全教育,增強自我保護意識 ?,F場配備防暑藥品和防暑設施 。按公司要求 , 我項目部現按你施工班組,現場施工人數實際發放每人50元防暑藥品(風油精、霍香正氣水、毛巾等 。
2、 合理安排施工作息時間,適當調整施工班次 。盡量避免高溫時段作業;確保人員晚上要休息好 。
3、 施工現場嚴禁施工人員赤膊、穿托鞋和酒后上崗 , 加強對佩戴安全防護用品使用的檢查 。
4、 為防止高處墜落事故,對身體素質差、不適應高溫作業的人員及時調換或調離崗位 。
5、 遇暴風雨 , 雷電和六級大風天氣時,應暫停施工作業 。
6、 加強電焊火花的控制,電焊作業時 , 必須要配備滅火器 , 并指派專人看護,防止火災事故發生 。
7、 檢查用電設施、電線、機電等是否在漏電、老化等安全隱患 。

現已進入夏季高溫時期,又是降雨高發期, 為做好高溫酷暑期間防暑降溫工作和防汛工作,確保施工現場一線施工人員人身安全和健康,現就做好防暑降溫的有關事項通知如下:
一、各項目部要以對一線施工人員生命和健康高度負責的態度,切實加強對防暑降溫工作的組織領導 。要完善、落實高溫期間安全生產責任制,制定應急預案,落實防范措施,安排好高溫酷暑期間安全生產的值班和調度工作 。要對重點現場和重點部位加強檢查 , 采取切實有效的防暑降溫措施 , 防止因高溫天氣引發的工人中暑和各類生產安全事故 。
二、要切實關心在高溫天氣下堅持施工的廣大一線施工人員尤其是農民工的安全和健康,采取切實有效的防暑降溫措施,加強對防暑降溫知識的宣傳,落實每一位工人的防暑降溫物品 。妥善安排高溫期間施工生產工作 , 各施工單位要根據生產的實際情況,適當調整工作班次和工作時間,可以適當提早上午的工作時間和推遲下午的工作時間 , 盡量避開中午高溫作業時間 。氣溫超過38攝氏度時,禁止上午11:00至下午2:30作業,確保職工休息 。如需加班加點的工地,必須配備管理人員跟班作業 , 施工現場必須配備防暑設施,備有中暑急救藥品 。
三、要采取各種有效方式,改善工作居住環境 。各施工單位要進一步改善作業區、生活區的通風和降溫條件,確保作業人員有一個安全、涼爽的勞動環境,防止因為高溫作業而發生安全生產事故 。對不宜從事高溫作業的職工,要適當調整作業崗位 。此外還要加強食堂、宿舍等場所的消毒工作 , 確保施工人員宿舍、食堂、廁所、淋浴間等臨時設施符合標準要求和滿足防暑降溫工作需要 。要切實做好施工現場的衛生防疫工作 , 加強對飲用水、食品的衛生管理,嚴格執行食品衛生制度,避免食品變質引發中毒事件;加強對夏季易發疾病的監控,現場

如何申請勞動仲裁:

《中華人民共和國勞動合同法實施條例》
第六條 用人單位自用工之日起超過一個月不滿一年未與勞動者訂立書面勞動合同的,應當依照勞動合同法第八十二條的規定向勞動者每月支付兩倍的工資,并與勞動者補訂書面勞動合同;勞動者不與用人單位訂立書面勞動合同的,用人單位應當書面通知勞動者終止勞動關系,并依照勞動合同法第四十七條的規定支付經濟補償 。

第七條 用人單位自用工之日起滿一年未與勞動者訂立書面勞動合同的,自用工之日起滿一個月的次日至滿一年的前一日應當依照勞動合同法第八十二條的規定向勞動者每月支付兩倍的工資,并視為自用工之日起滿一年的當日已經與勞動者訂立無固定期限勞動合同,應當立即與勞動者補訂書面勞動合同 。
《中華人民共和國勞動合同法》第四十七條 經濟補償按勞動者在本單位工作的年限,每滿一年支付一個月工資的標準向勞動者支付 。六個月以上不滿一年的,按一年計算;不滿六個月的,向勞動者支付半個月工資的經濟補償 。
勞動者月工資高于用人單位所在直轄市、設區的市級人民政府公布的本地區上年度職工月平均工資三倍的 , 向其支付經濟補償的標準按職工月平均工資三倍的數額支付,向其支付經濟補償的年限最高不超過十二年 。
本條所稱月工資是指勞動者在勞動合同解除或者終止前十二個月的平均工資 。

第四十八條 用人單位違反本法規定解除或者終止勞動合同,勞動者要求繼續履行勞動合同的,用人單位應當繼續履行;勞動者不要求繼續履行勞動合同或者勞動合同已經不能繼續履行的,用人單位應當依照本法第八十七條規定支付賠償金 。
第八十七條 用人單位違反本法規定解除或者終止勞動合同的 , 應當依照本法第四十七條規定的經濟補償標準的二倍向勞動者支付賠償金 。
