擴展資料自我介紹是向別人展示你自我介紹好不好，甚至直接關系到你給別人的第一印象的好壞及以后交往的順利與否 。同時，也是認識自我的手段 。
自我介紹是每一個職場中人都必然要經歷的一件事情，只不過，有的人一年用不上幾次，而有的人則一個星期可能需要做N次 。眾所周知，自我介紹是日常工作中與陌生人建立關系、打開局面的一種非常重要的手段，因此，讓自己通過自我介紹或得到對方的認識甚至認可，一種非常重要的職場技術 。
簡單的說是“認識——了解——欣賞”三個步驟，但通常情況下，絕大部分的自我介紹只能達到前兩個層次，很難達到第三個層次 。
類型特點
一是以求職為目的的自我介紹 。這一類自我介紹主要應用于面試過程中 ， 因為其目的是應聘某個職位，所以，自我介紹的信息除了個人的自然情況以外，通常還要涉及既往所取得的成績、對目標崗位的認識、與目標崗位匹配的原因、特殊的才能或才藝等信息，但由于面試過程中的自我介紹環節往往只有2-5分鐘，很難把這些信息詳細地表述出來 ， 所以，在這個過程中就要掌握一個技巧——懸念！制造懸念的方式包括：
1、突出數字 。如做市場的求職者可以用幾組數字的對比來描述過去的成績，搞研發的人可以說出研發成果轉化率以及所取得的市場收益 ， 做宣傳的可以說說品牌知曉度、影響力的變化情況，即便是在校大學生，也可以用數字說說兼職過程中的成績 。面試官會因此而覺得求職者言之有物，從而會從心理上首先接納你 ， 認為你確實有才能！
2、使用適當的副詞或形容詞 。比如 ， “通過我和團隊的努力，XX項目取得了突破性的進展” ， “與以往的任何一次年會相比，都有很大差異”，等等，面試官往往會關注到“突破性”、“很大差異”這樣的字眼，從而他們有興趣再就這個問題深入地問你，要知道 ， 雖然面試溝通的時間長短與最終的結果沒有比例關系，但至少大部分情況下時間很短的面試基本上不會帶來好結果的 。
3、個人特點的總結與歸納 。這個方法在應屆大學生求職過程中用的比較多，所以，要想通過表述個人特點達到脫穎而出的目的 ， 還是有一定難度的，因為普遍來看，相當大的一部分求職者所使用的個人特點的詞匯比較接近，而且，其中的大部分沒有實際的實例作為佐證，所以，除非你的個人特點真的很特別 ， 而且有實際事例，否則 ， 盡量不要采取這一方式 。
二是以推銷為目的的自我介紹 。與求職為目的的對個人的推銷不同，這里說的主要是對具體產品或服務的推銷，基于這一目的的自我介紹 ， 關鍵是要從客戶的興奮點出發，抓住對方的需求甚至是潛在需求 ， 引導對方說出他們對產品或服務的預期（包括功能、便捷性、后續服務、性價比等等） 。
逐步地引出公司的產品或服務，分析其優勢，甚至可以與同類競爭性產品做簡單比較 。當然，這些應該是事前已經做過郵件或電話溝通的前提下 ， 如果是純粹的第一次陌生拜訪，基本上只能重點介紹一下公司了 ， 不會涉及得過細，除非時間允許 。
三是以便利日常工作為目的的自我介紹 。工作內容，對方感興趣的話題 。這個主要涉及到的是日常工作中可能會有較多接觸的部門或個人 。
第一次去辦事時簡單做自我介紹，主要是介紹個人所負責的工作情況 ， 并誠懇地希望得到對方的指導和幫助，關鍵在于表達誠意，別讓人覺得看到你這個人就立刻沒興趣了就可以了；在之后的接觸中可以逐步聊一些其他的話題，甚至可以“捧”一下對方，贊揚它的工作態度什么的 。
