大一英語學習計劃書1 。每天保證一定的閱讀量
2 。每天保證一定的聽力的時間，至少15分鐘的時間，集中注意力，并有意識地去記憶好的句子
3 。日常思考的時候 ， 嘗試用英語思考、想問題以培養語感 。
細則
聽力:
1.從special english做起 。每天聽寫1篇 。一定要堅持 。
2.每聽一首英文歌曲 。初步定在每周6晚 。
精讀:
1.學習新概念英語 。背誦課文 。
2.重點領會作者的寫作手法，記憶好的結構性的句子和內容性的句子 。
詞匯:
系統背誦四級詞匯 。選用星火詞匯書 。每周3個word list,每天20個單詞這樣3個月時間可以全部背完 。詞匯是重中之重，萬萬不可輕視！
口語：
每天堅持對同事說十句句以上英語常用口語 。
語法：
主要還是靠使用中掌握，堅持寫英語日記的話，會對語法和詞匯都大有好處 。當然有一本語法書也是很重要的 。切忌不可使用文曲星，應該使用紙質英文詞典 。
每天計劃
早上:晨讀 。
中午：聽的英文歌 。
下午：CCTV9英文頻道30分鐘 。
晚上：9：00-11：00 ， 背單詞，聽聽力， ， 看語法 。
每周計劃
周一：主要任務背單詞
周二：主要任務背新概念英語
周三：主要任務復習語法
周四：主要任務聽聽力
周五：主要任務朗讀新概念英語文章
周六：主要任務看一部英文電影，英文字幕或無字幕
周日：自由安排

    背單詞買一本單詞書，每天100個單詞把中文意思一定要背過，爭取在一個月內把襲擊的約4500個單詞全部過一遍有個大體印象 。 
    看課本新視野大學生英語，每天讀兩篇，把結構比較好的句子畫下來多看幾遍，能背則背 語法不需要背 。
    練聽力在基礎階段時不需要練習考試聽力 ?？梢詮木W上下載一些VOA的慢速英語因為四級的聽力語速很慢，每天只需要聽一篇 。
    寫作方面不用下太多功夫 。

    Write English diary every day.每天記英語日記
    Read English articles for more than half an hour every day.每天讀半小時以上英語文章 。
    Watch English orginal vedios for one hour or so every day.每天看一個小時左右的原版英文視頻 。
    Practise Reading & Comprehension questions every day.每天練習閱讀理解 。
    Go to the English Corner when there is time.有時間就去英語角 。

Many people asked me is there any skills in learning English.I gave them a negative answer.
To tell you the truth,facing the circumustance of lacking the atomosphere of the language you are learning,taking a easy way is impossible.
According to my feelings,only hardworking could be recognised.There was a time,when,I felt my process of English is so slow that I can't hold it on,I relaxed myself.When I picked up English again,apparently,it was harder than ever before.Experiencing the case,I set up a sign for myself——practice English everyday and learn English everyday.
‘Enjoying yourself’is the most important element of learning English better,as Einstein put it,‘Enjoying is the best teacher in your life’.
There is no doubt that,as some people say,English could be regarded as a tool to go abroad,or,a key to their beautiful future.In spite of this,English is a window of offering us a exciting world.Only could we realise the importance of handling a foreign language when we communicate with aliens and get the currency information.
As everyone has a different situation,acting on formed rules is the worst choice.Here I would like to offer you my experience.
Broad the amount of the words you owned is key to English. First of all,I decided to choose some hard articles,in which there are about thousands of words and twenty~thirty new words contained.These articles refer to a large range.
I got a lot from‘reading'.First,I enlarged the range of my words,second,I brought up the feeling of English.Both these respects are supports of handling a language.
I could not conceal the fact that English radio and English movies have made a obviously contribition when I was learing,besides,use as more chances as you can to approach foreigners imitating their voice or their tunes.
And also,imitating foreign articles is good for your writing.
I've planned myself before entering the univercity.I would like to practise my skills for English tests and CET in the future.Cmmunicating with classmates in English is also my aid.
Considering my hobbies,I would go further than my teacher requires,nothing would be barrier on my way to success!
大一英語專業學生寒假計劃，有何建議英語專業寒假計劃，個人建議僅供參考
英語學習計劃表 
    每天學習英語時間不小于2個小時 ， 每周學習時間不小于12個小時 。其中，考慮出差、工作等因素，安排一天休息，學習天數每周6天 ， 一天時間休息
2. 每天早上早起7:00聽一段VOA或者BBC的廣播新聞，可以在上班路上聽，時間不小于15分鐘，建議聽語速較快一點的文章 。
3. 每天中午12:30-13:15拿出45分鐘用于觀看美劇、紀錄片等英語短片 ， 也可背單詞或句子 。
4. 每天晚上拿出1個小時進行英文聽寫，新概念英語背誦，單詞記憶，口語練習等內容的學習 。 
5. 每個周末對本周的學習情況進行總結和評論，并以周記的形式進行記錄
